Building on a legacy that began in 2014, our family’s culinary journey started with perfecting a fried chicken recipe in Hamilton, Ontario, which later gained recognition on the You Gotta Eat Here show, showcasing our burgers and brunch. After establishing roots in Nova Scotia, we seized the opportunity to bring The Burger Jerk to life, sharing our Jamaican/Canadian heritage and our passion for delicious burgers and chicken with our community.
